LocalPDF Studio v4.0.0

This version has the following new features included:

1. Markdown viewer added alongside with the PDF Reader.
2. PDF to Markdown Converter feature added. #7 (Experimental).
3. Zoom in/out in the PDF/Markdown Reader by pressing [CTRL + +/-].
4. Reset zoom by pressing [CTRL/CMD + 0] in the PDF reader/Markdown editor.
5. Press [CTRL+Tab] or [CTRL+Shift+Tab] to switch between tabs.

Also, following changes and improvements are included:

1. Python executable files are replaced with standalone python builds.
2. (For developers) Added setup-backend.js script that will setup the python and build the .NET project automatically.
3. Fixed placements of some icons.
4. Fixed over scaling issue in the PDF viewer.
5. Reduced the minimum width of the sidebar.
6. Moved the “Clear selection” button at the right side of the page preview header in the OCR PDF feature.
7. Fixed grayscale converter making PDFs not selectable.
8. Added scrolling of the tools menu as the bottom tools get hidden after shortening the window size of the application
9. Reduced the resolution of the wallpaper preview images in the settings menu to reduce the lag.
10. Updated the credit page.
11. Some minor UI changes.
12. Fixed the issue where the snap version of the app fails to save a processed file. (Still may occur sometimes. In that case, please restart the PC)

NOTE: This version contains a breaking change related to the settings functionality. So the settings might get reset after updating to version 4.0.0
