- Redesigned settings into Try / Voices / Engine bottom tabs
- Chunking is a primary Engine control (with char budgets in the labels), not buried under Advanced
- Optional cloud voices and Advanced runtime (backend / threads) are collapsed by default
- System TTS gear opens the Engine tab
