Quarry does not break ores in the other dimension

Quarry does not break ores in the other dimension. This specifically happens with the other ores added by allthemodium. everything below in the slate gets mined properly. Tried to make a custom blacklist but i couldn't get it to work

Quarries of all sorts specifically dont break any kind of ATM Ores, this was made/configured to not cheese and get tons of those ores.
