Improve field/property selection in TableEditor

Enhanced TableEditor to use a new ReflectionHelper.GetFieldOrProperty method for selecting fields or properties, improving compatibility with auto-properties and backing fields. Updated menu item and window title for SOManagerWindow. Bumped package version to 0.51.0.
