Personal Skills 0.29.0

Added nested-agents-md 0.1.0, a Claude Code mod. Claude Code loads a nested AGENTS.md only when Claude reads a file with the Read tool. This mod also loads it when a Bash command names a file, or Edit or Write changes one (anthropics/claude-code#90450). Claude only.
