Replace marketing/spec-sheet wording in the English and Chinese READMEs. Keep download names, SHA256 warning, screenshot, dev commands, data paths, and license/security links. Co-authored-by: Allserial <Allserial@users.noreply.github.com>

Rewrote product copy in
README.md(English) andREADME.zh-CN.md(Chinese) so it reads like a person recommending the tool, not a spec sheet or marketing page.GitHub Release notes for
v0.6.0Updated on GitHub. The live v0.6.0 release now uses the notes below (both languages).

This version can switch the whole UI between Chinese and English in Settings. If you already used v0.5.0, your local data is still there.
Three downloads:
RandDeck.exe: one file. Needs Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime already installed.RandDeck-v0.6.0-portable.zip: unzip and run. Includes docs, license, a manifest, and SHA256 checksums.RandDeck-v0.6.0-offline-setup.exe: installer. Can install WebView2 if the PC does not have it.The installer can upgrade a v0.5.0 install: the old program and standard shortcuts are replaced, local data stays.
No accounts, no telemetry, no auto-update, no cloud. It works offline.
This release is not code-signed. Windows SmartScreen may warn about an unknown publisher. Check the SHA256 in
SHA256SUMS.txtbefore you run anything.中文
