Adds a new public mirror definition for mirrors.oblivion.online (Hillsboro, OR, US) so the mirror service can discover and serve this new OVH us-west-hil-a hosted mirror for AlmaLinux (and optional AlmaLinux-Kitten).
Changes:
- Introduces a new mirror config YAML for
mirrors.oblivion.online. - Configures HTTP/HTTPS base URLs for AlmaLinux plus optional AlmaLinux-Kitten URLs.
- Defines sync cadence (
update_frequency: 3h) and mirror metadata (sponsor/contact/geolocation/private/monopoly flags).
