Purpose: Move blackmail material through a dead drop
- Pick up the sealed envelope from Factory
- Factory location: office area, 2nd-floor locker room
- Stash the envelope on Ground Zero
- Ground Zero location: underground meat truck, far back of the truck

The envelope contains blackmail material meant for one of Prapor's men.
