If you are not a developer, or you came here just because another plugin needs it.
Go to releases, download latest version, install it and plugin should work.

How to depend on it?

You add it as any other library, as depend or soft-depend:

depend:       #If NookureStaffAPI is required to install the plugin.
- NookureStaffAPI
soft-depend:  #If NookureStaffAPI is optional and not required to install the plugin.
- NookureStaffAPI
