This release contains a small bugfix for incorrect particle speed at different/lower framerates. The speed should now be mostly framerate independent.

I synced the version numbers for github releases with the versions on the itch page.
This update skips a few versions, which might still be available on itch. Generally here are a few bugfixes and I made the game capable of running without the resource directories in binary-mode.
