Install one proxy jar, start the proxy once to generate config.yml and
messages_en.yml, grant permissions, then run /report reload.

What's included

• /report <player> <reason> with cooldown, reason length bounds, self-report
  and duplicate-report blocking.
• One report list for the whole network, paginated, with optional clickable
  [View] [Claim] [Dismiss] chat buttons.
• Staff workflow: view, claim, unclaim, resolve, dismiss, note.
• Live staff alerts on new reports and a pending count when staff join.
• Complete moderation audit log.
• SQLite storage created and indexed automatically.
• Every message configurable with & colour codes and drop-in translations.
• /report reload applies config changes without a restart.
• Native proxy permission API, so LuckPerms and others work with no hard
  dependency.
• Optional cloud mode that mirrors reports to the ReportBridge API, queueing and
  retrying while the API is unreachable.
• Optional Discord webhook notifications and Discord bot.
• Optional web dashboard.

Requirements

Java 17+. BungeeCord or Velocity. Any Minecraft version your proxy supports.
