PiDriver-r2

Functionally the same as r1 except the power supply for the Raspberry Pi has been removed. The placement of this supply was directly over the Raspberry Pi's CPU and was causing the CPU to overheat and reset. We didn't really need the power supply feature, so we just removed it instead of resolving the thermal issues.
