• Commit and PR hook auto-annotation no longer tags an entry that already carries a closing (PR: ...) or (commit: ...) annotation. An unrelated, already-fixed entry citing the same line a commit touched used to receive commit-auto: <sha>, because nothing skipped entries that were already annotated. Hook mode now leaves them out of its candidates (they also stop counting as a file contest); an explicit --pick or --all is unchanged.
