Docking arrows improved

That releases introduces a few improvements on the docking arrows. In particular, they have been placed so that they don't overlap.
There was a lot of code cleaning too, but I suppose that nobody cares :-)

Inclusion of refined docking arrows

This release makes the closest approach line mod compatible with SFS V1.5.9.8.

It also adds a pair of docking arrows that replace the ones from the base game and use the closest approach information to provide the player all the information he needs to make the encounter more predictable.

Improvements and optimizations

This version introduces many improvements to the existing stuff:

• Changed the algorithm to show the player the most relevant data
• Added a delta-V indicator to let the player know about the encounter speed
• The closest approach line is more stable and more precise
• Huge optimization work: requires far less processing time as before
• Better selection of the approach line on several turns

Designed for SFS v1.5.8.5

Port to mod loader V1.5.7

This new release adds a pair of green lines to show the player the best approach on several turns. This is meant to greatly help the player to anticipate an encounter instead of having to time-warp until a random encounter is found.

The mod is also ported to the new mod loader version (latest to this day).

First official release

This version is the first official release, first being in the sense "first compatible with the official mod loader".
Previous versions are not available through github and won't be maintained.
