Reviewed the two remaining build specs and retired both to planning/specs/completed/ with status: implemented: - index-engine-build.md — steps 0-5 all shipped. Filed the two previously untracked deferred items as issues: cross-encoder reranker + query-expansion seam (#28) and dst_alias_raw + cosmetic alias-refresh (#29); stamped #19/#28/#29 pointers into §1.5 and rewrote the stale "pick the language" closing note as a Built record. - desktop-ui-mvp.md — the MVP it specs (Steps 0-3 + post-MVP rows) shipped; all remaining work was already tracked (#13 editing, #14 fs-watch, #22 graph viz, #23 packaging, #24 serve) — stamped those pointers in, recorded the ui-framework decision (vanilla TS + Vite, resolved at Step 0), and marked §10's mirrors executed. All references updated across the repo: code-comment paths in b2-core and b2-desktop, the ui/ frontend headers (package.json, vite.config.ts, api/types/render), Tauri capabilities/default.json, docs/architecture.html, README, both CLAUDE.md files, vision-and-scope, index-engine.md, tasks.md, eval-strategy.md, and the completed sibling specs (their cross-links collapsed to same-directory). Link-resolution check passes; suites green. planning/specs/ now holds only eval-strategy.md (living how-to) plus completed/ with the four executed specs.
