Initial open-source publication of the DDS KLayout 0.30.12 integration. The repository includes 11 exact integration source files, a standalone Rust package-validation library and audit CLI, Linux package tests, public CI, Apache-2.0 license grants, and upstream notices with source inventories.
The attached klayout-0.30.12.tar.gz is the unmodified official KLayout source archive (104,078,293 bytes), distributed under its original GPL-3.0-or-later and dependency terms. Its SHA-256 is fa747d9a4c216d0645587e05df365d5c22f73609ab98b34471372c711d8c2b75; the source tree includes the original build scripts and notices. This release does not redistribute a KLayout executable.
Validation: public Ubuntu and Windows CI, five actual Rust package tests, four Linux synthetic package tests, source equality, and upstream notice inventories. This is a source release; the full DDS host requires its own authority/platform interfaces. Windows range-based notice inspection does not prove the full archive hash or complete dependency-source coverage.
