• In the next few days we are going to work on the use case diagram, use case details, UI design, and database schema.

Decisions needed

• Decision about the Coding Standard that the team will be using in the project.
• Decision about the Documentation Tool that the team will use in the project.

General Items

• Allocate 4 members to create Use case diagram and then choose the best one or combine the best ones.
• Allocate each member to complete the use case details on the feature each is working.
• Each member should come up with their UI (User Interface) draft.
• Allocate 1 member to create database schema
