Responsive Mixins

Added responsive mixins to the mixins file:

/app/client/stylesheets/util/responsive.import.less

If you wanna include a rule for a .className element to be visible in non-mobile devices, the rule looks like this:

.className {
  .xs-and-up({
     display:block;
  });
}

If you wanted to hide .className on mobile devices, the rule should look like this:

className {
  .xs-and-down({ 
    display:none; 
  });
}
