Major overhaul for v4: claude desktop support, better tool calls and stability,etc

This release marks the whole revamp of what I did in V3 , it adds claude desktop auto discovery, multi-format tool call parsing (dsml, xml, json), fixes streaming truncation and session persistence and more. This release also hardens docker with healthcheck, shm size and .dockerignore, and updates pricing as of 2026-08-30.
