I have implemented an additional feature within the application, termed 'Create Validity Report' which empowers users to cross-reference their responses against the correct answers. This enhancement includes the provision of visually appealing HTML-formatted reports. These reports exhibit question data alongside discernible status indicators, indicating whether each question has been answered correctly, incorrectly, remained unattended, or designated to scrutinize later etc.
