1. /welcome Command
   • Allows setting a designated text channel for sending welcome messages.
   • Administrators can execute this command to specify the text channel where the welcome messages should be sent.
2. /goodbye Command
   • Enables setting a designated text channel for sending goodbye messages.
   • Administrators can use this command to define the text channel for goodbye messages when users leave the server.
