Amazon Q 4.8-SNAPSHOT: fix/authenticating-empty-confirmation-code

This is an unsupported preview build of the fix/authenticating-empty-confirmation-code branch of Amazon Q.

Install

1. Download the respective plugin zip from the assets below
2. In the IDE, go to Settings -> Plugins
3. Click on Install plugin from disk and select the downloaded zip

• (Bug Fix) Amazon Q profile selection no longer fails when one regional endpoint is unreachable (for example, blocked by a network firewall); the plugin now falls back to the other regions and only reports an error when profile listing fails in every region
• (Bug Fix) The sign-in screen no longer shows an empty "CONFIRMATION CODE" block while waiting for browser authentication when the authorization flow does not use a confirmation code
• (Removal) Removed support for IDEs based on the 2025.1 and 2025.2 platforms
