• 📣 Changed: Lower transaction fees on Ethereum #2780
  • On Ethereum the wallet now uses the network's own fee estimates whenever the transaction isn't sent through the bundler, which can cut the fee close to half.
  • Applies to: regular EOA accounts, EIP-7702 accounts paying in ETH, Ambire v1 accounts, and Ambire v2 and Safe accounts when the fee is paid by an EOA.
• Fixed: CoWSwap quotes are now compared fairly against other Swap & Bridge providers #2779
  • CoWSwap returned its quote with the network fee already subtracted, so it looked less competitive than other providers. The minimum received amount still accounts for the fee.
• Fixed: Encrypted (confidential) amounts now show a "[Hidden value]" label instead of a meaningless 77-digit number on the signing screen #2778
• Fixed: ERC-7730 encrypted values tests use the current property names #2787
• Fixed: App requests for a different account now always ask to switch accounts first and then show the request #2773
  • A transaction for an account that already had a batch was quietly added to that batch, with no prompt to switch.
  • After agreeing to switch for a message, the window closed, reopened, and the message was rejected.
• Fixed: Stronger protection against apps faking how a transaction is described on the signing screen #2784
  • Trusted clear-signing descriptions (ERC-7730) are now looked up through a Safe only when the contract really is an official Safe. Other contracts get the standard display.
• Fixed: Apps can no longer change how their transactions are described on the signing screen #2772
  • The wallet now reads only the recipient, data and amount from an app's transaction request, and builds the description itself.
