Rust implementations of six hot viem functions, exposed to Hermes over JSI with
uniffi-bindgen-react-native.

• bytesToHex, checksumAddress, decodeFunctionResult, encodeFunctionData,
  hexToBytes, keccak256
• The ABI functions take and return JSON strings, with integers wider than 48
  bits tagged as {"$bigint":"<decimal>"}
• Matches viem's behaviour, quirks included; viem is a peer dependency pinned
  to the version the Rust was written against
• The tarball carries the compiled Rust for every Android ABI and for iOS device
  and simulator, so installing needs no Rust toolchain
• Requires React Native with the New Architecture and Herme
