  1. High-level objectives

  2. All the team members have to support to complete the project successfully.

  3. All the members have to participate for the team meetings because it helps to complete the team tasks.

  4. Team members have to motivated and evaluated to make groups tasks successful.

  5. Milestones tasks has to be completed by the team members without any delay.

  6. Evaluation criteria

  7. Each member’s task will be analyzed on GitHub and ThinkSpace throughout the project to check the progress.

  8. Each member will give feedback of all the tasks and report their progress.

  9. In every meeting will discuss Done Task, Doing Task, To Do Task which are assigned to each member and mention the deadlines

  10. At the meetings the members will discuss completed, ongoing and the tasks to be completed and will assign tasks to each member.

  11. Assessment against Evaluation Criteria Test results

The group of XCoders with two members has been approved by the lecturer and each member has access to upload and update content on GitHub and ThinkSpace. Moreover, all the contents and resources required for the project progress has been provided.
