Pip now communicates state through genuinely different poses, not one repeated body.

Highlights:

  • Nine distinct Codex pet silhouettes for idle, running, ready, success, blocked, waiting, working, and review/help states
  • State-specific SVG limb, face, and posture geometry in the website, local challenge UI, and MCP App
  • Static reduced-motion fallback that preserves Pip’s identity without animation
  • Browser regression coverage proving every Codex pet row has a distinct silhouette
  • Updated canonical pearl, graphite, teal, and warm-accent Pip assets

Pinned marketplace command:
