Repset v0.3.2 — Codex-first movement loop

Repset now keeps standing, seated, and honor-mode challenges inside its bundled MCP App. The public browser is no longer part of those paths; localhost opens only after an explicit camera-verification choice. This release adds reviewed in-card instructions, a pauseable timer, Switch and Snooze controls, local completion receipts, a distinct Pip counting pose, corrected Snooze/cooldown reporting, responsive regression coverage, and updated plugin screenshots. Camera processing remains on-device, accessible alternatives earn equal progress, and the deterministic selector remains fully functional without an API key.
