Fixes

• Drawer auto-reconnects to the next start_review after a complete_review. Previously, once a session was completed in the same dev tab, the drawer stayed parked on REVIEW_COMPLETE and a fresh start_review for the same projectRoot had no subscriber — the only workaround was a tab reload. Two compounding bugs, both fixed:
  • The MCP start_review tool now publishes session-hello to the per-project lobby (mirroring the POST /api/sessions HTTP path). Previously only the per-session bus was notified, so an MCP-driven create was invisible to lobby subscribers.
  • The drawer now re-arms the project lobby SSE the moment its bound session transitions to complete, closes the prior session's SSE on receipt of session-hello, and resets the cursor to item 0 so a smaller next-session can't land out-of-bounds.
