• Strip mode in floating position had no drag handle. Strip size doesn't render the header, so the floating drawer was stuck where you collapsed it. The strip body itself now doubles as click-to-expand and (when floating) drag-to-move — distinguishes drag from click by a 3px movement threshold; same pointer-capture pattern as the header drag, so the release fires reliably.
