Fixes from #2 continued from rc5 release

Updates to fix bugs reported:

• Calibration issue with negative number
• Windows com port filtering added
• Flush and close files after stopping, remove issue with "file in use" error in windows
• Fix window reset with theme change
• Fix amps display sizing being weird
• Fix estop display not returning back to grey after estop release

New feature:

• File name rotation added:
  • For default timestamp type names, start and stop will generate new timestamp
  • For user supplied file name, first time it will use user filename, after stopping new file names will add a number and auto increment
