macOS Look Up for Anki 1.0.0

First release. macOS only: on Windows and Linux the add-on loads and does nothing.

Select a word on a card, right-click and choose Look Up "…" in Dictionary: the macOS Look Up panel opens over the word, as in Safari or AnkiMobile. Works in the reviewer, previewer, card layout screen and editor. Review shortcut: L.

Install: download macos_look_up-1.0.0.ankiaddon below, double-click it (or Tools → Add-ons → Install from file…) and restart Anki.

Tested only with Anki 25.09.4 on macOS 27, Apple Silicon.
