Bug fix patch - 0.3.1

Minor patch to fix a couple of bugs.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed crash when walking into the shooting gallery in Atai with the minigames setting disabled.
• "Sand Drifts - Stealer bird plains floor patch" check will no longer give you the item twice.
