Summary

Aria2 Next 2.5.9 makes magnet file selection atomic. BitTorrent payload transfer now remains paused until libtorrent confirms the complete file-priority plan, preventing unselected files from downloading while metadata selections are applied.

• Delayed magnet payload transfer until libtorrent confirms the selected file and piece priorities.
• Centralized native torrent activation so paused, auto-managed, and stop-when-ready flags are cleared in the correct order.
• Preserved the selected task and file totals while an asynchronous priority update is in progress, then refreshed them from libtorrent after confirmation.

Fixed

• Fixed magnet tasks downloading all files after users excluded files in the metadata selection dialog.
• Fixed pre-metadata placeholder files starting an invalid native priority transaction that blocked the real multi-file selection.
• Fixed stale full-torrent progress values replacing selected-file progress while the selection transaction was pending.
• Fixed resumed magnet tasks starting peer transfer before file priorities reached the libtorrent disk thread.
