v3.9.7-beta.5 — Critical BitTorrent Encryption Fix

What’s Changed

This beta fixes a critical BitTorrent regression affecting Windows users with forced BT encryption enabled. Magnet tasks could remain stuck while retrieving metadata, and torrent downloads could stay at zero speed. The bundled Aria2 Next 2.5.2 engine restores interoperable encrypted handshakes and resolves #454.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed MSE Diffie-Hellman modular exponentiation and fixed-width big-endian protocol encoding in Aria2 Next.
• Restored forced BT encryption interoperability so magnet and torrent downloads work correctly when forced encryption is enabled on Windows.
• Fixed the language-change restart dialog so the target locale is loaded before bilingual text is rendered.

🛠 Improvements

• Updated the bundled Aria2 Next engine to 2.5.2 for macOS, Windows, and Linux on x64 and ARM64.
• Removed Star History references, website assets, scripts, styles, and localized copy.
