This beta improves engine startup reliability, updates the bundled engine to Aria2 Next 2.5.6 across all desktop targets, and adds Flatpak installation guidance.

aria2.conf - Preserved complete Tracker lists without truncation
- Stored runtime engine configuration in the platform-native local application data directory

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed engine startup failures caused by oversized Tracker lists on Windows
- Fixed IPv6 peer blocklist parsing on IPv4-only systems
- Fixed Windows TLS failures when certificate revocation services are temporarily unavailable
