What's Changed

This beta introduces a complete reduced-motion preference, simplifies task interaction feedback, and fixes transition lifecycle freezes when motion is reduced.

• Reduce motion preference — Added a new option under Settings → General → Appearance. Animations remain enabled by default.
• Unified motion control — Reduced Vue, Naive UI, AutoAnimate, list, and drag motion through one application-wide preference.
