v3.9.8-beta.9 — HTTP Download Integrity Fix

What's Changed

This beta fixes browser-assisted HTTP downloads that could assemble captured request context more than once, producing duplicate headers and unreliable CDN responses.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Prevented browser request headers and cookies from being added twice to aria2 tasks.
• Preserved each URI browser context when submitting multiple external downloads with generated output names.
• Added regression coverage for the full browser-header set reported in issue #566.

🛠 Improvements

• Consolidated manual URI option construction inside the submission path and removed the obsolete caller-provided options contract.
• Unified regular URI submission around one context-aware flow.
