v3.9.9-beta.1 — HTTP Download Recovery

What's Changed

This beta updates the bundled engine to Aria2 Next 2.7.2, focusing on HTTP parallel download recovery and retry handling. Existing configuration and RPC interfaces remain unchanged.

🛠 Improvements

• Updated the engine across all six desktop targets while retaining the normal range scheduling used in v3.9.8
• Parallel downloads now recover concurrency from ongoing data transfer without waiting for an entire range to finish

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed early HTTP 403 responses unnecessarily reducing concurrency in otherwise healthy parallel downloads, addressing a scheduling defect identified during investigation of #581
• Fixed HTTP 429/503 overload handling treating pending responses as lost capacity or repeatedly reducing concurrency for the same request generation
• Fixed extra tail requests bypassing retry backoff while failed ranges were waiting to retry or awaiting their first data, preserving completed data and normal tail scheduling
