components v0.4.0: first public release

First public release of components, a Claude Code skill that fetches showpiece React+Tailwind components live and adapts them to your brand tokens.

Highlights:

• 18 showpiece effects + 12 plain fallbacks, sourced live from Aceternity, Magic UI, Cult UI, ReactBits, 21st.dev.
• Skill payload (SKILL.md, components.json, references/) ships in the repo so the README install command works out of the box.
• ATTRIBUTION.md credits every upstream library + license.
• Troubleshooting / graceful-fallback flow when a registry is unreachable.
