Fixed

• palace_diary_read, palace_diary_search, and palace_recall_check MCP
  tool schemas didn't document agent_name as required, even though the
  server enforces it — a client generating calls from the schema alone had
  no signal to include it. Added a "Your agent name (required)"
  description to each.
