opc-team-init 0.5.2

Choose a tag to compare

@Ancienttwo Ancienttwo released this 13 May 15:26

Changes

  • Generate discord.channel_profiles for channel_id -> Hermes Profile runtime routing.
  • Keep discord.channel_prompts as compatible prompt/context injection.
  • Audit both channel_profiles and channel_prompts so missing runtime routes report drift.
  • Update docs to make channel_profiles the routing source of truth.

Verification

  • python3 -m py_compile scripts/init_opc_team.py scripts/opc_team_setup.py
  • git diff --check
  • Temporary Hermes HOME init/audit blackbox for default/researcher/writer/builder channel routes

v0.4.0

@Ancienttwo Ancienttwo released this 07 May 07:52

Highlights

  • Add tri-lingual profile content (en, zh-CN, zh-TW) with English as source-of-truth.
  • Switch specialist and custom profile SOUL/MEMORY refreshes to managed blocks so manual content outside the managed region survives reruns.
  • Add read-only audit mode for drift, Discord routing coverage, custom registry symmetry, Wiki path checks, and gateway conflict detection.
  • Keep single-gateway Discord as the default policy and preserve manual channel_prompts entries during refresh.
  • Add Waza as a detected external dependency alongside GStack and GBrain, with role-scoped passive skills for the core four roles.
  • Detect same-name runtime skill collisions for Waza, warn instead of overriding, and skip automatic Waza extra-dir activation when collisions exist.
  • Apply Waza external-dir wiring to Hermes and OpenClaw generation paths, including skills.disabled, skills.entries, agent-skill-map.json, and agents.json.
  • Fix the documented validator path in README to use the real local validator script.

Verification

  • python3 -m py_compile scripts/init_opc_team.py scripts/init_hermes_opc_team.py
  • git diff --check
  • /Users/chris/.hermes/hermes-agent/venv/bin/python $HOME/.codex/skills/skill-writer/scripts/quick_validate.py /Users/chris/.codex/skills/opc-team-init
  • Hermes dry-run against the real local install
  • Isolated Python assertions covering Waza activation, OpenClaw patch output, and collision cleanup behavior
