Aligned Groovy and scripts version

New release with a new Groovy/Java version of the tools which is now aligned with the functionality of the scripts version, i.e. supporting work profiles. The Groovy/Java version even downloads busybox automatically if it's not available locally, so no need to clone the repository, first.
