nitro/nitrogen held at the peer-range ceiling (^0.35.0 -> 0.35.10); the coordinated 0.37 move across libs happens separately.
The previous pin (72c16b18) was an untagged zstd dev-branch commit, not the v1.5.6 tag .gitmodules claimed; now on the real v1.5.7 tag commit.

Description
Batch dev-tooling update + vendored zstd bump, now a 5-file diff (no cache zips).
Bumps: react 19.2.8, eslint 9.39.5 + @eslint/* minors, eslint-plugin-prettier 5.5.6, jest 30 + @types/jest 30, prettier 3.9.6, commitlint 21, del-cli 7, conventional-changelog-angular 8.3.1, lefthook 2.1.12, builder-bob 0.43, monorepo-config 0.4, turbo 2.10.12, release-it 20.2.1 + @release-it/conventional-changelog 11.0.1, example engines node >=20.20.2.
fix(zstd): vendor zstd v1.5.7— the old pin (72c16b18) was an untagged zstd dev-branch commit, not the v1.5.6 tag.gitmodulesclaimed; now on the real v1.5.7 tag (f8745da6). The fix-typed commit makes the merge auto-release (1.3.3) so the new zstd actually ships to npm.Skipped: nitro/nitrogen 0.36/0.37 (held at peer-range ceiling ^0.35 → 0.35.10; coordinated move separately), babel 8 / eslint 10 / TS 7 (RN toolchain peers), node 24 engines, RN core pins, release-it 21 + plugin 12 (node ^22.21||>=24 engines).
