The current proposed direction is to help casual workers reflect on how work fits with their energy, rest and other commitments. The watch preview and daily timeline let a worker notice readings, add context in their own words, and choose a small action. This focus responds to tutor feedback and still needs worker testing.

Note
This is a university interaction-design prototype with fictional scenario data and simulated employer apps. Use the demo scenario for exhibition testing.
| Start here | What you will find |
|---|---|
| 01 / Get started | Run locally, connect the phone and iPad, and restore the demo. |
| 02 / Design & research | The care question, Dinda's persona, the Four Pleasures, and evaluation tasks. |
| 03 / Architecture | Shared state, routes, 3D calendar, gestures and the optional voice assistant. |
| 04 / Testing & TDD | Regression coverage and the genuine failing-test → passing-code workflow. |
| 05 / Deployment | Production configuration, validation and known prototype limits. |
| 06 / Watch & reflection | Circular watch preview, import contract, private daily reflections and recovery flow. |
| 07 / Weekly contribution | Commit evidence, test-first workflow and the handoff to the native Garmin app. |
Open the round watch preview, choose Reflect on my day, select an activity, add an optional reflection, then preview and confirm recovery time. Readings are labelled demo or unverified imported data; the native Garmin connection remains a teammate handoff. See Watch & reflection.

Take it · Another time · Swap · Not tonight · Decide later
The current phone prototype gives these five responses equal standing. A reply draft helps the worker find their words; there is no wellness score or recommended answer.

The exhibition scenario is fixed at Thursday lunchtime in the week of 14 September 2026. That stable clock makes demonstrations repeatable; it does not track today's date.
