WorldSync 2.0.0
Dragonwilds Sync is now WorldSync: one app for every co-op world.
Take turns hosting the same world through a cloud folder your group already has. No server, no subscription, free and open source.
Ten games
RuneScape: Dragonwilds (tested), plus Valheim, Enshrouded, Palworld, Core Keeper, Sons of the Forest, V Rising, Grounded, Raft and 7 Days to Die (beta: the save layouts follow community guides and WorldSync's own tests, and move to tested once real groups confirm them). Setup steps per game: docs/GAMES.md.
New
- A game library as the home screen, and an add-a-game picker with your Steam installs at the top
- Every game has its own look: Valheim's aurora, V Rising's blood moon, a pixel cave for Core Keeper...
- Setup finds each game's save folder and lists its worlds by when you last played them
- Folder-based worlds sync as a whole, including autosaves the game rotates out
- WorldSync refuses to copy one game's world into another game
- Invite codes carry the game
Coming from Dragonwilds Sync?
Just run WorldSync.exe. Worlds, settings, backups and invite codes carry over on first start, and friends still on 1.x can keep joining your Dragonwilds worlds.
Download
WorldSync.exe below. Windows will show SmartScreen the first time (the exe isn't code-signed): More info, then Run anyway. Built by GitHub Actions from this tag; SHA-256:
