FiveVibe v0.14.0 — driving pace, random mode and native cinema

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 18:39

FiveVibe 0.14.0 adds driving pace, an independent vehicle speedometer and random free-roam activities, and replaces automatic custom cinema with GTA's original cinematic view.

  • Say “Vai veloce”, “Arriva in fretta” or “Drive fast” to target 120 km/h with rush driving. “Non seguire il traffico” / “Ignore traffic” asks GTA to pass traffic and ignore lights while keeping the current target. “Normal driving” / “Guida normalmente” restores normal traffic behavior and 45 km/h.
  • Choose a target of 15–160 km/h, for example “Set speed to 130 km/h”, in chat or the companion. Changes preserve an existing drive's route, tour progress, return timer and selected camera. GTA determines actual speed.
  • Toggle an independent actual vehicle speed HUD through F7 > HUD > Vehicle speed, the companion, or “Show speedometer” / “Hide speedometer”. It also works when driving cars/motorcycles manually; task HUD and speedometer preferences are saved independently.
  • Start “Attiva random” / “Start random mode” from chat, the native HUD tab or companion. The current character chooses catalog destinations, short strolls and native greetings locally, one activity at a time. F8, Stop, a replacement movement command or “Stop random mode” ends it. Sessions are bounded to one hour of game time.
  • Remove the custom director, six-shot scheduler, obstruction probes, next-shot and letterbox controls. F10 now cycles gameplay, first person/cockpit, third person and GTA native cinema. All camera controls fit together in the menu. Automatic driving cinema uses GTA; opening chat temporarily releases cinematic mode.

Download: use FiveVibe-v0.14.0.zip and its SHA-256 file. Preserve your existing private INI/env settings when updating. Old Letterbox settings are ignored; missing speedometer settings use the enabled default. Dependencies are installed separately.

Validation: 1,549 automated mod/companion checks passed, plus update/backup/rollback checks, five live-AI cases using synthetic state, companion desktop/mobile browser checks, and the bilingual website test/browser suite. These are not native gameplay confirmation. Rush behavior, the current-vehicle HUD, random activity sequences and GTA cinematic restoration still need GTA Enhanced playtesting. Base free-roam driving was previously confirmed by the author; Mission Pilot still has no confirmed autonomous full run.

Work in progress · experimental pre-release · GTA V Enhanced Story Mode · MIT. AI interprets text into validated actions; GTA native tasks move the character. The mod does not generate game assets or NPC dialogue. Random activity scheduling runs locally without repeated AI calls.

FiveVibe 0.13.1 — Native menu layout fixes

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 17:14

FiveVibe 0.13.1 fixes the native menu layout and keyboard hints.

  • World and Camera: scroll with the wheel over the menu, Page Up/Down or the on-screen arrows. A scrollbar and more-above/below hints show additional controls. Quick requests, the composer and footer stay fixed.
  • Hidden or partially visible controls no longer draw over, or intercept clicks on, the quick requests/input area. Switching tabs resets menu scrolling.
  • Weather city: scroll World to Set weather city.... It fills the existing chat command; enter the city and country, then press Enter. This uses the original local weather-location handler.
  • Keyboard footer: full measured ENTER/TAB/ESC and configured takeover/open key labels replace the truncated Scaleform glyphs. Esc correctly shows Back in submenus and Close in Chat. Button text padding follows the display aspect ratio.

Validation: 1,482 automated checks (1,467 C# + 15 companion interactions), including 823 checks against the actual overlay drawing/input code with recording natives at four aspect ratios and three safe zones. Update/backup/migration/rollback checks also passed. Rendered test previews use approximate Windows font metrics, not GTA gameplay captures. Final native visual confirmation remains pending.

This is an experimental, work-in-progress release for GTA V Enhanced Story Mode. Driving, timed returns, tours and Mission Pilot retain their existing gameplay limits. AI interprets text into validated actions; GTA natives move the character. No generated game art, models, textures, voices or NPC dialogue are included.

FiveVibe 0.13.0 — Timed drives with return

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 16:40

FiveVibe 0.13.0 adds timed free-roam drives followed by a return near the starting point.

  • Chat: Fai un giro di 20 minuti poi torna al punto di partenza or Drive for 20 minutes then return to the starting point.
  • Companion: choose Minutes before return (1–120 whole minutes, default 20), then Start timed drive & return.
  • The actual origin is captured locally before vehicle acquisition. The countdown starts only once driving begins, uses real elapsed milliseconds independent of GTA's world clock, and excludes observed game pauses. Traffic still counts.
  • After the countdown, the same drive switches to a native route back near the captured origin. Return travel takes additional time; this is not a guarantee of arrival within the requested duration. Completion requires arrival and a physical stop.
  • HUD and companion show observed countdown, return and completion. Radio, camera, HUD, world settings, speed changes and favorite saving/listing preserve the session.
  • F8/Stop, replacement movement, mission/cutscene/character transitions, vehicle loss or reload cancel it. Sessions are memory-only; there is no delayed automatic return after cancellation or reload. Existing stuck/entry handling applies, with a separate 20-minute active-time return limit.

This remains an experimental work in progress for GTA V Enhanced Story Mode. Full native duration/pause/return gameplay is still unverified. GTA chooses roads and nearby street approaches; exact parking, interior access, timed themed itineraries and exact arrival times are not promised. AI interprets requests into validated actions; GTA natives move the character. No generated game art, models, voices or NPC dialogue are included.

Validation: 659 automated checks (644 C# + 15 companion interactions), update/backup/migration/rollback checks, four live AI interpretations with synthetic state, and headless Chrome checks with a simulated backend (duration, observed countdown/return/completion, radio/favorite requests, pause, mobile layout, preserved unsent inputs and no JS errors). These are not completed native gameplay tests.

Download FiveVibe-v0.13.0.zip and verify it against the accompanying SHA-256 file. With GTA closed, update scripts/FiveVibe.dll; preserve your existing private INI/env configuration and local favorites. The archive contains the mod, public defaults, helpers, documentation and MIT license. Install compatible Script Hook V and ScriptHookVDotNet Enhanced separately. GitHub's automatic source archives are not the installable ZIP.

FiveVibe 0.12.0 — Coastal and countryside drives

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 16:14

Choose a route and let Los Santos unfold.

  • Coastal drive: Pacific Bluffs -> Chumash -> Paleto Forest -> Paleto Bay.
  • Countryside drive: Route 68 -> Sandy Shores -> Grapeseed -> Alamo Sea.
  • Start through chat ("Fammi un giro sulla costa", "Facciamo un giro in campagna", "Start coastal drive", "Start countryside drive"), native Ideas or the companion's Themed drives buttons. Named starts work locally in both provider modes, without an API key.
  • Approach the first stop from your current position, then follow four fixed stops in order. Intermediate arrivals advance without releasing driving or camera ownership. Brake at the final stop and only then report completion. The HUD and companion show the current stop.
  • Radio, camera, HUD/world settings and saving/listing favorites preserve the tour. Speed updates carry across legs. F8, Stop, a new destination or another movement cancels it. Tours start in free roam; story transitions, death, vehicle loss and script unload stop the itinerary without an automatic restart.
  • Use the current suitable vehicle or the normal nearby available-vehicle search. GTA road AI chooses the roads between approximate catalog approach points. These are one-way regional drives, not guaranteed coast-only roads, highway avoidance, loops or timed return trips. No teleports, forced radio/weather settings, route downloads or per-leg AI calls. Existing stuck/per-leg limits and a one-hour overall game-time budget apply.

Validation: 579 automated checks passed (568 C# and 11 companion interaction tests), update/backup/migration/rollback checks passed, four live AI interpretation probes passed with synthetic game state, and real headless Chrome checks passed for both start buttons, observed progress/completion, radio/favorite requests during a tour, pause and mobile layout. No tests sent commands to GTA.

Both complete native journeys remain unverified in-game. Test each route without assistance, including intermediate transitions, final braking, camera continuity, radio/favorite saving and F8 takeover. Other experimental features retain their documented validation limits.

Install with GTA closed. Replace scripts/FiveVibe.dll while preserving your private INI/env configuration. New installations also need the included FiveVibe.ini. Restart/reload scripts and refresh/reopen the companion. No new INI setting or runtime dependency is needed; existing favorites remain stored separately on this PC.

FiveVibe 0.11.0 — Favourite places

Pre-release

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 15:50

Remember a place. Come back when the mood fits.

  • Save the protagonist's current game position under a name: "Salva qui come Casa sul lago", "Salva la posizione attuale come Casa" or "Save this place as Home". Saving keeps the active drive, camera, Mission Pilot and pending movement plan running.
  • Return with "Torna al preferito Casa sul lago" / "Go to favorite Home", or use "Walk to favorite Home" / "Vai a piedi al preferito Casa" for walking within 600 metres. Returning deliberately replaces current movement with normal GTA navigation, without teleporting. Driving may use a nearby road approach.
  • The companion has Your favorites, Save current location and Drive/Walk buttons. Favorites also appear in the native Places menu and validated AI destination catalog. "Show my favorites" / "Mostra i miei preferiti" lists names in chat.
  • Store up to 50 places locally per Windows user in %LOCALAPPDATA%\FiveVibe\favorites.json. Names use 1-60 characters. Reusing a name updates the position while preserving its ID; matching ignores case and accents. Use an explicit favorite command for names that also identify a built-in/custom destination.
  • Positions are captured on the game thread, never supplied by the model or browser. Atomic persistence validates the entire file and preserves malformed/externally edited data instead of silently resetting it. The release ZIP contains no personal favorites. Saved names/IDs can appear in later OpenAI planning catalogs; see SECURITY.md.
  • Named save/list/return commands work locally in both Local and OpenAI modes. No new API key, runtime dependency or INI setting is required.

Validation: 494 automated checks passed (486 C# and eight companion interaction tests), update/backup/migration/rollback checks passed, four live AI probes passed with synthetic favorites, and a real headless Chrome session checked save confirmation, Drive/Walk requests, unchanged route while saving, pause and mobile layout. No test sent commands to GTA.

Native gameplay save/restart/return still needs in-game validation. Save reachable outdoor spots; access to interiors and exact parking are not guaranteed. Radio/camera/weather and Franklin and Lamar Mission Pilot retain their documented experimental limitations.

Install with GTA closed. Copy scripts/FiveVibe.dll into your game's scripts folder, preserving your private INI/env files. New installations also need the included FiveVibe.ini. Restart/reload scripts and refresh or reopen the companion. Existing favorites and preferences are outside the game scripts folder and are preserved by the updater.

FiveVibe 0.10.0 — Radio for the ride

Pre-release

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 15:28

Select the soundtrack without interrupting the ride.

  • Select 19 standard Story Mode vehicle radio stations by name in English or Italian, or turn the radio off. Examples: "Metti Radio Mirror Park", "Play Los Santos Rock Radio", "Play Non-Stop-Pop FM", "Spegni la radio" and "Radio off".
  • Named commands work locally in both Local and OpenAI modes, without an API call. Flexible AI wording uses the same validated station catalog.
  • The companion has station buttons, Radio off and observed GTA station highlighting. Controls disable while paused, disconnected, on foot or without an available vehicle radio.
  • Radio actions preserve driving, destination, speed, camera, Mission Pilot and pending movement plans. "Stop radio" turns off audio; "Stop" / F8 / companion Stop still takes over.
  • Unknown stations are not silently substituted. Radio-native failures stay inside the audio boundary. Retuning is one-shot, with no forced/unlocked stations, mobile radio, bundled music or persistent preference for later vehicles. Self Radio needs your own GTA tracks.

Validation: 410 automated checks passed (406 C# and four companion interaction tests), update/backup/migration/rollback checks passed, five live AI interpretation probes passed with synthetic game state, and real headless Chrome checks passed for station/off buttons, observed selection, unchanged route display, pause, mobile layout and JavaScript errors. No probe sent commands to GTA.

Native in-game audio behavior remains unverified. Please test station changes during an active drive and confirm that navigation and camera continue. Other experimental gameplay limits, including the unverified Franklin and Lamar Mission Pilot, still apply.

Install with GTA closed. Copy scripts/FiveVibe.dll into your game's scripts directory and preserve your private INI/env configuration when updating. New installations also need the included FiveVibe.ini. The companion is embedded in the DLL: reload the script and refresh/reopen the browser panel. No new INI settings or dependencies are required for radio controls.

FiveVibe 0.9.0 — Automatic cinema and real-world vibes

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 11:48

Automatic driving cinema, real-world time/weather and nearby vehicle selection for FiveVibe.

  • Cinema starts when AI driving begins, including Mission Pilot driving. F8/Stop restores gameplay. Manual camera choices take priority for the current drive; Camera menu and companion include an automatic-cinema toggle.
  • Sync GTA with the PC's local clock and optional Open-Meteo weather. Choose city/country or explicitly grant browser location in the companion. Rounded coordinates and sync preferences are saved locally; there is no automatic IP lookup or continuous location tracking.
  • Real-world overrides yield during missions/cutscenes and resume in free roam. Manual weather/time settings disable the corresponding sync. Weather refreshes every 15 minutes, with bounded retries and stale-data expiry.
  • LS Customs requests resolve to available modification-shop markers, separately from Simeon's dealership. Specific branches are available in Places.
  • Ask for motorcycles, SUVs, off-road vehicles/jeeps, sports cars, supercars, sedans, muscle cars, vans or pickups. The mod searches actual nearby available vehicles and reports when a type is missing. A standalone vehicle request enters it and waits; add a drive or destination to continue.

Validation: 344 automated checks passed, update/backup/migration checks passed, six live OpenAI interpretation cases passed, and the weather integration returned current conditions for the public reference city Rome, Italy without using player location. Compilation and logic tests do not establish native gameplay compatibility. The new automatic camera, vehicle-category driving and real-world overrides still require in-game validation. Mission Pilot remains experimental; no autonomous end-to-end win has been observed.

Install with GTA closed. Copy the release's scripts/FiveVibe.dll into the game's scripts folder. Preserve your existing private INI/env configuration. Auto cinema defaults on even when an older INI has no Camera section. Open the companion with Open-Companion.ps1 to configure optional real-world weather.

The archive includes FiveVibe and public documentation/configuration only. Install compatible Script Hook V and SHVDNE separately. Story Mode only.

FiveVibe 0.8.0 — Spectator cameras

Pre-release

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 11:11

Watch your AI-driven session from first person, third person, the FiveVibe cinema director or GTA's own vehicle cinematic camera.

  • Six scheduled director shots: chase, side tracking, front quarter, high wide, low tracking and passing portrait.
  • Framing drift, damped tracking, speed-adjusted FOV, obstacle checks and optional letterbox.
  • New Camera tab and companion buttons; English/Italian commands work locally for the common requests.
  • F10 cycles modes; Shift+F10 chooses the next director shot; F8 / Stop restores gameplay and returns control.
  • Camera changes preserve active drives, walks and Mission Pilot. The director waits for an AI action and yields during scenes, transitions and external script cameras.

Try a chill drive, then send Enable cinema camera or Switch to first person. No mission is required.

Validation: 264 automated checks, four synthetic OpenAI camera requests, JavaScript syntax and update/backup checks. Camera visuals are not yet verified in GTA Enhanced; this is an experimental prerelease. Mission Pilot's full playthrough also remains unverified.

The ZIP contains FiveVibe only, with no game files, third-party runtimes or credentials.

FiveVibe 0.7.0 — Experimental Mission Pilot

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 10:44

First experimental full-flow Mission Pilot profile for Franklin and Lamar.

  • Detects known mission objectives, scene transitions, mission vehicles, Lamar boarding and wanted state.
  • Attempts the chase, parking, police evasion, dealership and return home using physical controls and GTA road AI.
  • Reads native pass/fail counters and keeps an unconfirmed result when evidence is missing.
  • Adds F8 takeover, bounded recovery, companion status and a private local diagnostic log.

Start the mission/replay in GTA, then send Start Mission Pilot for Franklin and Lamar in F7 or the browser companion. Other missions and the Prologue are outside this profile.

Gameplay status: no complete autonomous run has yet been observed. This prerelease is ready for its first in-game acceptance test and does not claim reliable mission completion.

Validation: 195 automated checks; four synthetic OpenAI command cases; updater/backup/configuration checks. Game files, runtimes, credentials and research artifacts are excluded.

FiveVibe 0.6.1 — Character switch confirmation fix

Choose a tag to compare

@AndreaZero AndreaZero released this 18 Oct 10:17

Fix character switches being reported as rejected while GTA is still in the wheel/loading stage.

FiveVibe now confirms the requested protagonist, returned player control and a stable finished transition. The old five-second rejection is removed. An unconfirmed switch has a neutral two-minute timeout; queued follow-up actions run only after confirmation.

Also clarifies mission assistance: recognized marker navigation and explicit requests are supported; reading every objective and autonomous mission/campaign progression are not implemented.

Validation: 128 planner/configuration/HUD checks including 13 switch regressions, 15 companion checks, update/migration/rollback tests, and a passing Windows GitHub Actions build. Actual switch timing still needs confirmation in-game.

The ZIP contains FiveVibe only; compatible Script Hook V and SHVDNE remain separate prerequisites.
