contento_firebase

This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.

Building the Application

To build your Next.js application for production:

# Build the application
npm run build
# or
yarn build
# or
pnpm build

This will create a static export in the out directory as configured in next.config.js.

Testing

To run tests for your application:

# Run tests
npm test
# or
yarn test
# or
pnpm test

Deployment

Deploy on Firebase

This project is configured for Firebase deployment with static hosting:

  1. Make sure you have Firebase CLI installed:

    npm install -g firebase-tools
  2. Login to Firebase:

    firebase login
  3. Build your Next.js application:

    npm run build
  4. Deploy to Firebase Hosting:

    firebase deploy --only hosting

Deploy Firebase Functions

To deploy only the Firebase functions:

firebase deploy --only functions

Deploy on Vercel

The easiest way to deploy your Next.js app is to use the Vercel Platform from the creators of Next.js.
