New MPToolDependencyMonitor

#New-MPToolDependencyMonitor Creates dependency monitor from a relationship Returns object of type [Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Configuration. ManagementPackDependencyMonitor]

###Parameters

• ManagementServerFQDN [string] – FQDN of the management server to connect.
  Example - "scomms01.contoso.com"
• ManagementPackName [string] – Name of the management pack.
  Example - "Contoso.VMSwitch.Monitoring"
• MonitorName [string] – Name of the monitor.
  Example - "Contoso.VMSwitches.AvailabilityRollup"
• MonitorDisplayName [string] – (Optional) Display name of the monitor.
  Example - "Contoso VMSwitches AvailabilityRollup"
• MonitorDescription [string] – (Optional) Description of the monitor.
  Example - "Monitor for VM switch health roll-up from vm switch"
• TargetClassName [string] – Name of the target class.
  Example - "Contoso.SCVMM.VMSwitches"
• TargetClassMPName [string] – (Optional) Name of the management pack for the target class.
  Example – “Contoso.SCVMM.Discovery"
• TargetClassMPAlias [string] –(Optional) Alias for the management pack for the target class. Example – "ContosoVMMDiscovery"
• RelationshipTypeName [string] – Name of the relationship to roll-up health from. This can be a relationship created with New-MPToolHostingRelationship
  Example - "Contoso.SCVMM.VMSwitchesHostsVMSwitch"
• ParentMonitorType [string] – (Optional) Parent monitor type. Options: AvailabilityState, ConfigurationState, PerformanceState, or SecurityState. Default is AvailabilityState.
• Algorithm [string] – Algorithm for the health roll-up. Options: WorstOf or BestOf
• Enabled [boolean] – (Optional) Enabled setting for the monitor $true / $false. Default is $true

###Example Creates a dependency monitor for the target class "Contoso.SCVMM.VMSwitches” in the management pack "Contoso.VMSwitch.Monitoring”.
The monitor will roll-up Availability health from the worst health state from the relationship Contoso.SCVMM.VMSwitchesHostsVMSwitch
