This code for mms attachement retrieval doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, but works for Alcatel:
Drawable draw = Drawable.createFromPath(Uri.parse("/data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/app_parts/PART_1474456746392_20160811_185507.jpeg").toString());
// Attachement name PART_1474456746392_20160811_185507.jpeg is wrong, there are no files with this names for Samsung.
This code works for both Samsung and Alcatel:
InputStream is = null;
is = getContentResolver().openInputStream(Uri.parse("content://mms/part/"+_id)); // where _id is mms _id, not mid
Bitmap bm = BitmapFactory.decodeStream(is);
