Client/Server mode

• Write a server that reads and writes registers and client embedded in the tool
• select protocol that supports rust (presumably json, but perhaps protobufs or flatbuffers)
• make effort to do this through SSL/TLS for security/safety
• study integrating into raspberry pi pico
